New Driveway, new step, new fencing, new gates, new drain covers, all at a good price and all look fantastic. Our neighbours all comment on how good it looks and it appears that quite a few of them have hired Mastercare on the strength of it. It doesn’t only look good from above but was constructed properly underneath with a hardcore sub-base, a membrane covering and coarse sand to lay the blocks on. The team are professionals through and through and are the hardest workers I’ve seen in a long time; they take pride in doing a good job quickly and efficiently. The price they quoted was the price we paid – there were no ‘hidden’ extras. The time they quoted was the time it took – they were there every day from the start of the job to the finish but even after payment they’ve come back to check the job and re-sand when the sand had settled. I would definitely recommend John and his team.

Mastercare Contractors worked on both the front and back of our property. This meant negotiating with our neighbours about the work done and the reestablishing the visible property boundaries. At the end of the work carried out, the neighbours either side were happy even when our fence slid slightly over the line due to the very poor weather making the ground difficult to work with. Mastercare, very kindly, pressure washed the whole of my neighbours drive down afterwards - when the mud spilled partially over.

After seeing a lot of drives being completed in our road we decided to get a quotation. The price was reasonable and they started work promptly the following day, staying until the job was finished. The guys were hardworking, friendly and did a great job, I would definitely use again.

The team did an excellent job, they kept their promises and delivered what they promised. They kept us informed on the progress and it was nice to see that they were quick to respond when things didn't go per plan. I will happily hire them again.

Installed new gravel and grid drive and paths and new boundary wall. Exceeded expectations. There aren’t enough stars for John, Jay and the boys. We give them 10 out of 5!! They were reliable, extremely hardworking and skilful. As vulnerable pensioners we felt very secure with them. They were very polite and helpful. We were delighted with the standard of every aspect of the work which was extra difficult because of extreme hot weather and practical problems because of extra thick concrete to remove.. John just calmly dealt with it all and the whole crew persevered. As promised they worked continuously on our job. They cleared up after themselves very well and we can’t praise them highly enough. The lads have made an excellent job of our "parking extension", at a reasonable price. They were very polite, reliable and tidy and delivered a quality job in the specified time (even though the weather was against them for half the time). Thanks guys! We'll definitely be asking you to do the drive when we can afford it.
